I lived there before and visit regularly. Weather in PCB isn't like it is for us here in the middle of the continent. I would expect it to be better than it has been.

The weather forecast seems to be improving over the rest of the week and the winds will be calming which generally improves beach conditions. Usually double red flags are up for 24 hours or less.
